Guru Nanak Dev ji was born on 15 April 1469 AD in a village named Talwandi, Nankana Sahib, Punjab (pre-1947 Punjab).
He was married in 1487 to Mata Sulakhani ji. He was born to two sons, named Shri Chand and Lakhmichand.
